1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for returns.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process and credit your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days .

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Exchnage delivery within 14-15 business days .

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the damaged item.
